Last night January 16th my husband brought us home Wendy's. He had a burger and fries while I had 10 spicy chicken nuggets and a diet coke. A few hours after eating the nuggets I got gut rot pretty bad then this morning I woke up from horrible stomach cramps and have been having violent diarrhea and vomiting. I can't eat or drink anything without needing to run to the bathroom immediately. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
