Wendy's, West Redlands Boulevard, Redlands, CA, USA

I ate a double cheese burger / fries and everything on it at Wendy's on the 17th of April 2018 around 3:45 to 3:50 it just didn't taste right after eating about 1/2 of it, I didn't think so much of it at first but later that night I had a lot of gas ,and couldn't use the bathroom at all I just felt nausea, it went away. then in two (2) days all under my right side was hurting, I laid in bed with the heating pad on me, it had my right leg hurting that it was hard to walk.then I started having diarrhea, As of now April 24th 2018 it still hurts some. I didn't take any pictures of the food, I throw it away, didn't think that I would need it. That's about it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas
