Son ate nuggets for dinner and woke up violently ill. He is the only one that ate there, the rest of the family is fine. 15 hrs later he is feeling better but his head still hurts and he's managed to keep bread and apple juice down. No one he's been in contact with in the last 3 days have been sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache

Glad your son is feeling better but it sounds like hes not 100 percent yet hope your son feels 100 percent better soon glad hes ben able to keep food down did you get sick at all? Like he did or are you completely healthy?
