Son ate nuggets for dinner and woke up violently ill. He is the only one that ate there, the reste of the family is fine. 15 hrs later he is feeling better but his head still hurts and he’s managed to keep bread and apple juice down. No one he’s been in contact with in the last 3 days have been sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache
