- comments: observed an employee with gloved hands washing, rinsing and sanitizing a plastic container at three compartment sink and dried with paper towel container; returning in prep area and handled a ready to eat products: removed with gloved hands lettuce from bag. No removal of gloves nor handwashing prior to handle mentioned product. Information given on gloves and handwashing procedure to manager on duty. Priority violation:7-38-010, citation issued.
