It all started Saturday,20 2021night I had been on a road trip for the day coming back from hickory I had not eaten all day due to being very busy so I was starved I order me and my husband both #1 combo and a small Chilli came to the house ate that night my husband woke up and said the Chilli did not settle I kinda felt like I had a greasy tummy no big deal. I got up Sunday morning went to work and got home by 7 that night. I was feeling week and by the next morning I was so sick I couldn't hold my head up projectial vomit, sevear diarrhea 102.6 feaver and it's Wednesday and I'm just now starting to feel a little normal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Weakness
