Me and my husband got identical meals but he got his with no lettuce. This was Sunday 5/18. I woke up 5/19 with severe diarrhea, nausea and vomiting with fevers and chills. Husband has no symptoms. It’s day two and I am still weak, I still have diarrhea and I get tired super quick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Chills, Vomiting
