I got the spicy chicken sandwich meal on 12/28/2024. Around seven hours later, I was feeling nauseous, so I went to lie down. In the middle of the night, I would wake up violently ill, vomiting, diarrhea, both wanting out at the same time. I also had the chills, gagging, abdominal pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
