Ate chicken sandwich and drank milkshake at about 8:30 pm on August 30th, nausea started about 30 minutes later followed by splitting headache and projectile vomitting for the last 5 hours (not consistently, throwing up maybe 3-4 times per hour). | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
