I had a #1 and a few hours later I had explosive diarrhea and severe painful abdominal cramping. Symptoms would not go away so I went to my GI doctor who ran a stool panel. Positive for E. coli. I love you whataburger but my colon hates you... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
