Gots a whataburger with extra pickles at 1104 pm. Withing 44 minutes we were running to the toilet with diarrhea and vomiting, cramping up and down our legs, fever and headache. Now have blood in stool. Notified supervisor on duty | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache
