Gots a whataburger with extra pickles at 1104 pm. Withing 44 minutes we were running to the toilet with diarrhea and vomiting, cramping up and down our legs, fever and headache. Now have blood in stool. Notified supervisor on duty  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache

Went to here in boerne Texas and immediately after getting our entree I threw up shortly after consuming a few fries and chicken tenders. Hubby didn’t get sick but I did, no other symptoms just vomiting  | Symptoms: Vomiting
