4 pm on Thursday 12/2) ...I ate a variety of take outfood from buffet bar, most of it was beef stew and vegetarian lasagna.I felt ill all night with a full ess in my stomach as if the food would not digest. About 7 AM I became extremely nauseous and very very fatigued. Throughout the day I had dry heaves, wretching but could bring up food. I had intermittent diarrhea the entire day and by the end of the day Friday i felt incredibly exhausted even though I had slept much of the day. I continued to feel ill with same shmptoms Friday night and tried to drink but could only hold down tiny sips. I thought of going to Dr but was alone and unable to bet out of bed, started feeling better Saturday AM but still very weak. unable to eat anything solid until Saturday PM , only one piece of bread. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
