The hummus was eaten at 10pm Sept 7th and 4 hours later, at 2am Sept 8th, the diarrhea, cramps, and nausea started. I went to an urgent care at 3pm that same day and received an IV drip and medication. The cramps became unbearable at 3am Sept 9th and I went to an ER. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
