Got a Slice of Mushroom Pizza around 5pm Thursday evening. 9/13/18Got a fever, painful migraine , diarrhea & extreme nausea early Friday am.
Very dehydrated so I drank lots of water. I will not be eating any Pizza at Whole Foods again. This Pizza was sitting under the hot lights on the counter. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Dehydration, Migraine
