Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: I ate a vegetarian dish at the prepared food bar and it had tofu in it
Onset: 1 to 2 days
Duration: Several days
Sick: Me
Additional information: I had to take an ambulance to Hamilton Memorial Hospital and was there one day and received an intravenous salene solution and released with orders to follow up with my primary care physician, then reported the event to Wholsale Food Markets online, and they neither apologized or responded to me personally. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
