Buffet Meal Causes Illness - Whole Foods Market, Charlottesville Virginia

This is officially my first time ever getting food poisoning, so I really didn't know what was going on at first since I don't have a fever. After eating from the whole foods buffet last night I woke up at 2 AM and have been intermittently vomiting profusely and having diarrhea which is now turning to blood. I'm currently laying in bed wondering if anyone else was affected? I bought from the buffet bar- squash salad, some roasted cauliflower thing, chicken pieces and hard boiled eggs. I had a bite of each so I'm not sure which is the cause... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
