Had hotbar mashed potatoes and veggies and slams bar. Started feeling nausea and stomach cramps by morning and then frequent diarrhea. Diarrhea continues still three days later and is happening hourly, can't even sleep at night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
