Sandwich Illness: Chills, Fever

On 3/30 at noon, I ordered a signature fresh made sandwich, the Golden Gate. At 5:30pm had my first episode of diarrhea. The next morning felt low on energy, at 9am the chills started and then the fever topped 102.4F. I was in bed all day. Still dealing with the diarrhea today on 4/1.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Chills

Egg Salad Bar Illness

March 29th, I ate from the salad bar here. I had hard boiled eggs and remember the egg had a bad taste and almost slimy. Next day all day has horrible cramping and bloating, couldn't eat. That night had vomiting and diarrhea simultaneously for about 6 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating, Cramps

Margherita pizza slice and Kale Cheese Walnut Salad. Got really bad food poisoning. I remember eating the slice of pizza and thinking it was an old piece/not fresh out of the oven. Also, I've felt bad prior to this incident after eating the kale salad mentioned above, so it could have been either.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Hotbar Meal Causes Illness

Had hotbar mashed potatoes and veggies and slams bar. Started feeling nausea and stomach cramps by morning and then frequent diarrhea. Diarrhea continues still three days later and is happening hourly, can't even sleep at night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
