Additional information: Had a family meal and three of the four of us got sick from the shrimp. Our Son, Austin ended up in ER with severe vomiting, diarrhea, fluid in lungs from vomiting. We attempted to have the insurance company pay his medical but they denied it saying no one else reported getting sick.
