4/17/24-4/19/24. Chicken tenders purchased on 4/17/24 at Wings Over for dinner.  Also ate for lunch on 4/18/24. Was mildly sick after eating dinner on 4/17. Did not think it was from the fresh hot chicken tenders that I just purchased and ate for dinner. Saved some for lunch the next day. Ate chicken tenders and accompanying tator tots for lunch on 4/18.  Began to feel GI symptoms such as gas, nausea, diarrhea by late afternoon. Vomited all of my lunch at 6:40 PM.  Second round of vomit at 7:45. Third round at 9:00 PM.  4th round of vomit at 1:45 AM on Friday, 4/19/24.  Stayed home from work.  Nausea and diarrhea persisted through 4/19 into 4/20/24. Still can’t eat any heavy or seasoned foods.  Menu items: 6 chicken tenders. 3 with buffalo sauce. 3 with lemon pepper dry rub. Side of tator tots with dill pickle seasoned oil drizzled on them. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Vomiting
