I ordered a 30 count with 10 honey BBQ bone in, 5 bone in lemon pepper, and 15 boneless lemon pepper. I drink the sweet tea and Dr. Pepper. All was fine until I got home when I started feeling more nauseous about 6 hours later, I started to feel extremely nauseous. 30 minutes later I was puking uncontrollably with a lot of partly digested pieces of chicken comprising everything that was in my stomach. I had eaten nothing but that Wingstop within that 6 hour period. 6 or 7 hours later now I am still feeling very nauseous and puking. I'm having diarrhea, I'm starting to run a fever, and any attempts to drink water or electrolytes have resulted in me puking. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
