About an hour ago symptoms began. Ongoing Cheerios cereal Pain began 1 hour after consumption gradually gotten worse and still is. Ate several bowls mixed half and half frosted cheerios and regular cheerios. Extremely debilitating cramps about an hour later. 9/10 pain. Almond milk. No known allergies or food intolerances. Have to go to Urgent care or ER if pain persists. | Symptoms: Cramps
