Closure date: 08/11/2021High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed approximately 62 rodent droppings in water heater room. Observed approximately 20 rodent droppings under racks with single service items near smoker. Observed approximately 16 rodent droppings in cabinet with cases of bag in box soda syrup in wait station - From follow-up inspection 2021-08-11: At Callback: observed one rodent dropping on top of water heater, one in room near smoker, one on prep line near 1 door make table and one behind 6 eye burner on cook line. All droppings cleaned up by person in charge.
