My girlfriend and I purchased a mcain meat lovers pizza from Woolworths Preston on sat the 8th of march and about 2 hours later we both started to have upset stomachs . Then about a hour later we were both throwing up followed by constant diarrhoea. My gf was just throwing up with no diarrhoea but I was constantly back and forward from the toilet every 20 minutes. Now it's the 10/3 and I'm still back and forward from the toilet constantly with a sore stomach still. My gf only had the throwing up as she had only 2 slices and I had 4. Also on the 8/10 I had extremely bad body chills and body shakes until I threw up possibly the last remaining remnants of the pizza left in my system . It's the morning of the 10/3 and have had to take time off work as the sore stomach and diarrhoea continues | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
