I ate during lunch time of September 5 in their resto and ordered the Grilled Cheese Burger with Fries and Blue Lemonade. After about 15-minutes of eating I felt the urge to defacate but i didnt bother doing it as i just thought it was just a normal call of nature. Until, 3 hours has passed, my situation got worse and thats when i started to deal with diarehea. As of this writing, i made more that 10 trips to the restroom already. Its the only food I had since the onset of my symptoms. I was not able to take any photo, but an audit of thr receipt and i am willing to do a medical exam to prove their food was not good. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other
