1st time started in May of 2022 I ordered a zalad , ate the toast that came with it , hours later my throat hurt soooo bad as if lt was swollen , felt a lump sensation when I swallowed anything ... tried it again after that didn't eat the bread didn't have a sore throat, tried it again (nov19) & my throat has been hurting every since today is the 23rd .. don't even want to eat... this time the sore throat came with diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Sore Throat, Swelling
