About 5:00pm 11/12/20 I picked up fries, a garden salad, and fried mushrooms with ranch dressing from the drivethru there. Around 6:15pm my stomach started aching terribly. Within 10 minutes of the stomach aches, I was on the commode with a trash can in front of me vomiting up everything I just ate along with diarrhea. I can’t pinpoint what it was exactly, but if I had to guess it was the lettuce. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
