I ate one slice of Zesty Italian Trio pizza & 2 cinnamon pull aparts around 7pm Sunday & became violently I’ll around 12:30am Monday. I had dry heaving, violent diarrhea & horrible abdominal pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
