Got adobada fries and two buche tacos at 2 am, woke up in the middle of the night with severe diarrhea that turned mildly bloody as the day went on. Finally calmed down that evening after taking 2 imodium caplets.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills
