On Saturday around 3:30 pm I ate a mc chicken meal, medium sized. It was the only meal I ate all day and around 8pm I started feeling unwell and at 2am I was vomiting. It's Monday now and still sick (nauseous and diarrhoea).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
