My son and I split a breakfast wrap yesterday morning we have both been vomiting, diarrhea and fever for the last 24 hrs. My husband had a sausage breakfast sandwich and he has had diarrhea for 24 hrs.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
