Suspected source: Wrong food
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Additional information: After eating pizza, my husband and I developed severe stomach pain with diarrhea. And maybe through ice cubes

Spent a few days there around 1-19. Not positive where I picked up the bug but pretty sure it was a popular carribean/local fare spot off the main drag. Meal: chicken, rice and beans, side salad
