Spent a few days there around 1-19. Not positive where I picked up the bug but pretty sure it was a popular carribean/local fare spot off the main drag. Meal: chicken, rice and beans, side salad
About two hours after eating, EXTREME vomiting and diarrhea, massive cramping, high fever, fainting for my girlfriend and I. Made it to San Jose after 2 miserable days, landed in ER for severe dehydration, today is day 5 still dealing with bad cramping and diarrhea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Dehydration, Cramps
