Me and my friend have had stomach pain since eating there. She has had diarrhea, chills, been nauseated and had fever. I feel ok. We both had the carbonara | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

In the hospital now with severe abdominal cramps, nausea,vomiting, diarrhea, fever and headache. My partner had a bit of cramps as well and diarrhea after. Both my wife and I had D&V - still not recovered four days later. Ate at multiple restaurants in Dubrovnik old town so difficult to pin down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

We ate at several restaurants in Dubrovnik and in Brela. Both my husband and I became sick with diarrhea and I vomited my whole meal. Then we were continuously having stomach pain and diarrhea for 5 days! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
