Stayed here for a week in June; symptoms began on day two and wiped me out for the whole time. Absolutely awful cramps, persistent diarrhoea for 4-5 days, headaches, nausea, dizziness, chills, fever. 3 hours after eating had stomach cramps and vomiting, 8 hours later diarrhoea. 2 days on and still gave stomach cramps and diarrhoea.

Ate at Radisson Blu Resort’s Byblos restaurant 8pm on Monday 24th March 2025. I had the tabbouleh salad, and was violently ill within 3 hours - vomiting, diarrhoea, nausea and a fever. 12 hours later now and I am still very unwell  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
