Stayed here for a week in June; symptoms began on day two and wiped me out for the whole time. Absolutely awful cramps, persistent diarrhoea for 4-5 days, headaches, nausea, dizziness, chills, fever. Severe diarrhea, nausea, fainting, cold sweats, chills, lasted for about few hours followed by lingering feeling of malaise. I only ate and drank at the Momi Bay Marriott, Lagoon House and Goji  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

3 hours after eating had stomach cramps and vomiting, 8 hours later diarrhoea. 2 days on and still gave stomach cramps and diarrhoea.
Husband is the same, both had whoppers, kids had nuggets and they are fine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Ate at Radisson Blu Resort’s Byblos restaurant 8pm on Monday 24th March 2025. I had the tabbouleh salad, and was violently ill within 3 hours - vomiting, diarrhoea, nausea and a fever. 12 hours later now and I am still very unwell  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
