I ate mac do (fries, big mac and nuggets) and 3 hours later vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, and quite intense stomach cramps. The 2nd time this has happened to me in this MC Do!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
