I ordered Friday 15 April 2022, a MacDonald's a rillieux la pape. 1h after I was taken with stomach pain from vomiting and diarrhea. My order was: 1 triple cheeseburger and 4 nuggets.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
