Filet o fish and potatoes around 2 pm, not well between 3 pm and 5 pm, returns from a game, after 5 pm, sick Again this day.
Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headaches
Onset: Less than 4 hours
