Double filet o fish or ice tea, acute diarrhea about 30 min after ingestion of the double filet o fish burger. Only one person has been ill because the only person who has eaten this type of burger  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered last night and my fries were undercooked and my cheese tasted weird but I was so hungry that I eat everything without thinking but this morning at 7 am and 10 am I threw up all my fries and since then I have had very violent abdominal and muscle pain  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Muscle Pain

I went to eat a macdo at 1pm and at 2:30pm I had diarrhea that lasted almost 3h! It's impossible to sit down without having a craving for diarrhea. After a few hours I started bloating and then abdominal cramps  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating
