I just ordered a menu this lunchtime, a 280+ Big Tasty+ Nuggets. I just had a piece of packaging in my Big Tasty burger. I thought it was salad so I tried to eat it and it was my surprise when I looked at it more closely... Mac Donald assassin band!!!  | Symptoms: Other

An Auvergne salad ordered yesterday for dinner., I ordered an Auvergne salad for dinner around 20:30. I woke up around 00h with vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain and headache from back to the toilet. From 00am to 06h. I was still vomiting and diarrhea after but less frequently.
