Yesterday I had a falafel salad at Fiefs in Paris around 1pm. I got back to my hotel around 6 and took an hour nap. I woke up at 7:30 and started to violently throw up. I have stomach pain, chills, and nausea. I am still throwing up A falafel salad  | Symptoms: Nausea, Chills, Stomach Pain, Vomiting
