So this is just assumptions and I'm just expressing facts.

But I have severe stomach pain and I spend my days at the toilet (diahrees) since I ate a mcfirst menu on Monday night there at the Promenade des anglais in Nice.

I got sick after eating a fillet o fish, the sandwich was obviously spooled. An hour after ingesting it, I began to get headache, nausea, vomiting occurred 3 hours later with a big feeling of fatigue.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Headache
