After eating a Happy Mesl, my child developed stomach pain which led to vomiting after 2 hours. The next day, diarrhea and vomiting as soon as he eats something.
How do you think it was the apples that were in Happy Meal, because they tasted “funny and not like apples.”  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ate at BK 2 days ago. Since then, severe abdominal pain and today unbearable cramps and diarrhea. The last few days I haven't been on the toilet since I ate there.. And now diarrhea.. That wasn't the first time I advise eating from there.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
