Bought chicken nuggets on Friday, fried 1300kg, my son vomited several times yesterday, then he felt a little better, the night to today he threw up again and nuggets came out again. Has been receiving gastrointestinal tea and a hot water bottle since yesterday.

Ate meatballs around 1 p.m.
After about 2 hours, severe flatulence started, followed by belching and heartburn. Diarrhea around 6 p.m. I had to throw up at 10:00 PM. Everything was okay again the next morning.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Burping, Heartburn, Diarrhea
