We'll never eat McDonalds again. Ate there on Sunday and have constant diarrhea 5-6 times a day and extreme stomach pain (today is Thursday). My husband had such severe stomach pain and diarrhea during the night from Sunday to Monday that he fell over.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
