Like yesterday, we decided to eat at McDonald's for the first time in a long time. I had it all Plant-Based because I'm vegetarian an ice cream and a cola... After 2 hours I had chills, vomiting, malaise, headache and fever  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills
