I was at McDonald's for lunch yesterday and ate chicken MC Nuggets in the evening then I felt really sick I had a stomach ache and had to vomit that could only have been because of that  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Two meals in Mainz yesterday At Burger Liebling and Biergarten at Mainz favourite Parkhotel (3:30 and 8;00). Started feeling sick immediately after the Parkhotel. Intense and severe stomach pain, diarrhea and vomiting (at least 30 times vomited).  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
