On Sunday the 27th I did the 70.3 Ironman Tangier triathlon and on Monday night I started with all these symptoms, not just me, we are already more than a hundred people identified, only the participants, not the companions.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
