I ate some chips, and within an hour started to feel sick and had stomach cramps. I then spent the next 24 hours on the toilet, used a whole pack of toilet roll just on myself, and also have had a bad headache and become severely dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Dehydration
