I had an Italian prosciutto baguette and had severe diarrhoea about 2 hours later and then 4 hours later was violently sick. I love them but don’t think it could’ve been anything else as I hadn’t eaten for 20 hours and went from feeling fine to absolute hell.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
