Last night, Pretty sure it was the delivered pizza 3 of us ate and shared Pizzas. Our 6 year old son vomited first, then dad, then me (Mum). All throwing up at the same time  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Had a meat pizza with tandoori chicken and ground beef from here on the 25th of June. Woke up at 4am projectile vomiting and with diarrhea, spent all day shivering and sweating with a headache despite it being +25°c today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Headache, Sweating
